172 East 71st Street is a three story town house located in Lenox Hill in Manhattan, New York. ADG provided architectural and expediting services for this project. Existing commercial use at the basement was converted to residential use. Interior renovations include gut renovation of the cellar and basement, adding new bathrooms, fitness room, new BBQ unit in the rear yard, and gut renovations of the existing bathrooms.
